Roses are red, yoga is great, who needs a Valentine, when I can bench my own weight! Violets are blue, and peanut butter is heaven, I’ll save you a kiss, after rep number seven. Bananas are yellow, and yogurt is greek, squats are gonna be the only thing, to make my knees weak. Oatmeal is perfect, and veggies are divine, the dream to be strong is what I’m making mine! -sixpackofswole

Well these past three weeks in China have been amazing, but from Saturday it’s time to start working on the consequences of eating so much lovely food over here! Haha.
Worth it though.

Well, I didn’t see that coming. Uni’ has been pretty intense and my research has been flowing very well.
I also got accepted to go on a study China trip for three weeks, so I leave for China on Friday night! I can’t believe it, it’s so exciting.
I wonder if it will be going off track in my good eating to have fried scorpions and roasted moth cocoons??? Anyone have a calorie fact sheet for those?
Weight wise I have had little change over the last two months. The gym is going good though and I’m getting very strong, so weight is starting to not feel like a priority, I’m just going to focus on feeling good the right way.
I may not post when I’m in China, due to the great fire wall, but we’ll see how that goes.
